1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using igaimm.com ("IGAI", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these terms.
2. Educational Purpose & Academic Integrity
IGAI is an AI-assisted tutoring and self-paced revision platform created to help students understand syllabus objectives and official mark scheme grading standards. It is intended strictly for supplementary learning and self-assessment.
- Users agree not to use IGAI to engage in academic dishonesty during live school or official exam sessions.
- AI feedback provides pedagogical guidance; students must critically evaluate their own learning and handwriting work.
3. Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice
Pearson, Edexcel, and International GCSE are registered trademarks of Pearson Education Ltd. IGAI (WiE AI) is an independent learning platform and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pearson Education Ltd.
Past examination papers and mark schemes are reproduced strictly under educational fair use for academic review and student examination training.
4. Account Security & Prohibited Activities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Automated scraping, crawling, or downloading the underlying question database or AI prompts.
- Sharing or reselling individual subscription accounts to multiple outside parties.
- Attempting to bypass access controls, security headers, or API rate limits.
